The place was clean, the staff were helpful and exceptional, and we enjoyed a good restaurant with a local menu - everything was simply perfect.

This hotel met needs well in every way, can't recommend it highly enough. The venue was located close to main bus station and Padre Pio church as well as St Padre Pio's shrine. Helpful staff at the receptionist and the location was great very close to everything.

I absolutely adored the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and soft color palette created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and immaculately clean, making me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The well-lit hallways, spacious elevator, and conveniently located handrails made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any difficulty.

I would have loved for the children working there to offer more activities tailored towards senior guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive and the facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the tasty breakfast that was served to us. Additionally, the staff were very kind and helpful during our stay. The transportation was also very convenient as we were able to easily access the nearby St. Padre Pio's shrine and other churches.

During our Christmas stay, we found the hotel to be in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the church. the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus had a wide variety of options, and the food was very good. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the cozy atmosphere in the room.

One thing we disliked was the lack of free Wi-Fi in our room. We had to go outside to access the internet, which was inconvenient.

This hotel offered a great romantic escape with a clean and comfortable room and helpful staff. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel served excellent local cuisine, which we enjoyed very much.

Although the room was great, there were some drawbacks to our stay. the pillows were too hard, but we were given softer ones upon request.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the shrine of St Padre Pio and all other major attractions. Being away from the old church meant less noise and crowds. the hotel had decent cleaning standards and provided parking.

The staff's reception was not very welcoming and accommodating to non-Italian speakers.
